John Bickmore, the proprietor of Bick's Coins and a revered member of the North Shore Coin Club, initially relocated his business to Northbrook in 1983. Reflecting on his tenure as owner of the coin shop, Bickmore remarked, "It has undoubtedly been an extraordinary adventure."
