This decision officially granted PT Bursa Komoditi Nusantara the license to operate as the nation's first cryptocurrency futures exchange.

Another pivotal decision, under reference number 01/BAPPEBTI/SP-PTPAK/07/2023, entrusts PT Tennet Depository Indonesia with the responsibility of managing cryptocurrency asset storage facilities.
