Dr. Kunal Sood, MD, is a double board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Medicine, according to AAMC. Recently, Dr. Sood reacted to a post by TikTok user Bianca (@_legallybrunette1), who shared a rather unique tip for calming down anxiety. Bianca decided to combine three types of sour candy—Sour Patch Kids, sour Skittles, and sour gummy worms—and put them in a Ziploc bag.
