According to Economic Times, all government programs will be cancelled on Friday, and the Union Cabinet is expected to meet at 11 am today to discuss further arrangements.

Dr. Manmohan Singh's health had been a concern for some time, and he was receiving treatment for “age-related medical conditions.” A statement from AIIMS reveals that he experienced a sudden loss of consciousness at home on December 26.
