According to a study from Echelon Insights that World shared with Chain Desk, gamers regularly encounter unauthorized, third-party bots in their games.

"We surveyed 1,000 gamers in the U.S. to better understand the prevalence of bots in games and the impact they have on the gaming community," an Echelon Insights spokesperson told Chain Desk.
