Voting began early this morning at 7 am, and by 9 am, Mumbai City had recorded a voter turnout of 6.61%, while the Suburbs saw 7.88% of voters casting their ballots.

In the Mumbai suburbs, Andheri East reported a turnout of 9.07%, Andheri West saw 7.94%, and Mulund had 10.71% of voters participating in the election.

Meanwhile, in the Mumbai City area, Byculla recorded a turnout of 7.09%, Colaba had 5.35%, and Mumbadevi saw 6.34%, where Shaina NC is contesting against Congress candidate Amin Patel. In Worli, where a key battle is unfolding between Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate and former minister Aaditya Thackeray, Rajya Sabha MP Milind Deora (Shiv Sena), and Sandeep Deshpande (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena or MNS), the voter turnout was 3.78%.
