莫迪總理為 Ken-Betwa 河連接計畫奠基，並為 Omkareshwar 浮動太陽能計畫揭幕

2024 年12 月25 日，在中央邦克久拉霍舉行的活動中，總理莫迪為Ken-Betwa 國家河流連接項目奠基，為Omkareshwar 浮動太陽能項目揭幕，並為1,100 多個Atal Gram Sushasan Bhawan 舉行了Bhoomi Pujan 儀式。

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the Ken-Betwa National River Linking Project at a function in Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh on 25 December 2024 to mark the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The Prime Minister also inaugurated the Omkareshwar Floating Solar Project and performed the Bhoomi Pujan of over 1,100 Atal Gram Sushasan Bhawans at the function.

總理也為 Omkareshwar 浮動太陽能計畫揭幕，並在儀式上為 1,100 多個 Atal Gram Sushasan Bhawan 表演了 Bhoomi Pujan。

The function was attended by Mangubhai Patel, Governor of Madhya Pradesh, Dr Mohan Yadav, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and CR Patel, Union Jal Shakti Minister.

The Ken-Betwa national river interlinking project is the first of the 30 rivers to be interlinked under the central government’s ‘Interlinking of Rivers under the National Perspective Plan’.

肯-貝特瓦國家河流互聯工程是中央政府「國家遠景計畫下河流互聯」的 30 條河流中的第一個。

The plan proposes to interlink 30 rivers -16 Peninsular and 14 Himalayan rivers ,so as to transfer the surplus water of a river to a water deficit river. It is expected to solve the problem of flooding, drought and provide assured drinking water and irrigation facilities,

該計畫提出將30條河流-16條半島河流和14條喜馬拉雅河流進行互聯，將一條河流的豐富餘水量輸送到缺水河流。可望解決洪澇、乾旱問題，提供放心飲水和灌溉設施，

The project is being implemented by the National Water Development Agency under the Union Ministry of Jalshakti.

The Central government and the state governments of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on March 22, 2021 for the implementation of Ken-Betwa link national Project.

中央政府與北方邦和中央邦的邦政府於 2021 年 3 月 22 日簽署了實施肯-貝特瓦連接國家計畫的諒解備忘錄 (MoU)。

To implement the project a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) called Ken-Betwa Link Project Authority (KALPA) has been set up.

The project seeks to transfer surplus water from Ken river to Betwa through the construction of Daudhan Dam and a canal linking the two rivers, the Lower Orr Project, Kotha Barrage -and Bina Complex Multipurpose Project.

It will generate 103 MW of hydel power and 27 MW of solar power.

The Project will be developed in two phases.

Under Phase-I, Daudhan Dam will be constructed on the Ken river in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh and the Lower Orr Project will be constructed on the Betwa river in Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh at a cost of Rs 4,398 crore.

第一期工程中，Daudhan 大壩將建在中央邦恰塔爾普爾地區的肯河上，下奧爾工程將建在北方邦佔西地區的貝特瓦河上，耗資 439.8 億盧比。

Phase-II will involve the construction of the Kotha Barrage on the Betwa river in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh and the Bina Complex Multipurpose Project on the Bina river in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh at a cost of Rs 3,523 crore.

The project will provide irrigation benefits to 6.35 lakh hectares of land in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

The project will also provide drinking water benefits to 41.10 lakh people in Madhya Pradesh and 21.30 lakh people in Uttar Pradesh.

The 90 MW Omkareshwar floating solar project was commissioned by the SJVN Limited in August 2024. It was officially inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi on 25 December 2024.
