Managing Director Seyi Omotowa, who presided over the official inauguration ceremony, emphasized NGIC's ardent desire to maintain harmonious relations with its host communities. "We firmly believe that our host communities are partners in our business endeavors, and we are dedicated to their well-being," he stated.

"As a responsible corporate entity, we are committed to developing and maintaining sustainable relationships with our host communities."

In his remarks, the chairman of the Ugbokodo community, Christopher Ofoye, expressed heartfelt gratitude to NGIC for its CSR initiatives and the inauguration of the lock-up shops. "NNPC Gas Infrastructure is indeed a friend of the Ugbokodo community, displaying a level of humanity that sets it apart from other oil companies operating here," he affirmed.

He assured NGIC that the lock-up shops would be utilized effectively and maintained for their intended economic purpose.
