Lahore, Pakistan - In a resolute move to curb tax evasion, the Excise and Taxation Department of Lahore has initiated a comprehensive campaign to cancel the registration of vehicles that have persistently failed to discharge their tax obligations. This decisive action is set to commence on Monday, targeting over a thousand vehicles that have accumulated three or more years of tax arrears.

"We have already issued 'red warning stickers' on these vehicles for non-payment of token tax and have subsequently sent reminders through our call center as a final warning."
