An elderly man in California panicked and caused a scene at a bank after being unable to withdraw money due to an expired ID card. The incident occurred on September 18, 2017, at a Bank of America branch in Montebello. Upon arriving at the scene, the officers discovered that a 92-year-old man was trying to withdraw money from his account. However, his California identification card had expired, and the bank staff was unable to complete the transaction. The man, later identified as Jesus Rangel, was reportedly unhappy with the services offered by the staff.

The cops didn't find the bank staff at fault, as they needed to identify their customers to fulfill any transaction. "Per the bank’s policy, because his identification card was expired, they were unable to fulfill his request. The gentleman was upset, and the police were called," the post added.
