Chef cuisinier qui a fréquenté l’établissement Thierry Marx collège durant deux années à Angers, David Venet s’est installé à Sarcé et travaille avec Iba, sa conjointe.

After attending Thierry Marx College in Angers for two years, Chef David Venet settled down in Sarcé, where he works with his partner, Iba. I found this small restaurant on Le Bon Coin and fell in love with its two dining rooms and spotless kitchen. I'm renting the space from the city hall, he says.

The restaurant is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday. I mainly work with fresh, local, and seasonal produce, and it shows on the plate, adds the young 25-year-old chef. Otherwise, the restaurant is open every weekend with more elaborate menus for family lunches or dinners, for example.

David and his friend Benoist, a landscape gardener, want to expand the entire garden area, which is quite large, for beautiful days or evenings as soon as the weather permits.
