Jeon So-min and Kim Moo-joon shared a surprising kiss at the end of the sixth episode of the KBS Joy drama "I'm sorry for You Today."
In the episode, Jeon So-min's character, Ji Song-yi, helps her friend, Choi Ha-na (played by Kong Min-jeong), through a difficult time in her marriage. Despite her own financial struggles, Bae Seong-tae (played by Woo Kang-min) gets a part-time delivery job after work. When Cha Hyun-woo (played by Choi Daniel) learns of this, he shares his experience as a divorce lawyer, stating that nine out of ten people who come to counseling for divorce due to economic problems are usually failed investors. Ji-song also advises her friend to be open and honest with her husband about everything.
However, Bae Seong-tae's fear leads him to hide his actions, eventually secretly taking out an apartment mortgage to invest. Learning of this, Choi Ha-na leaves the house and mentions getting a divorce. Worried after seeing her friend sobbing in the playground, Ji-song brings Choi Ha-na to her home and begins caring for the pregnant woman, even going to great lengths to get her fish-shaped buns that she craves. In the process, she ends up in a bungeoppang battle with Cha Hyun-woo.
Ji-song, knowing Cha Hyun-woo is a lawyer, asks him for counseling to help prevent Choi Ha-na's divorce. Later, she encounters Cha Hyun-woo again after learning that he is getting affected by his divorce. Meanwhile, Choi Ha-na watches her family through a camera on the robot vacuum cleaner and realizes that she is still in love with her husband after hearing Bae Seong-tae's desperate love confession. Ultimately, she returns to her family.
Later on, Ji-song goes to pick up a drunk Kim I-an (played by Kim Moo-joon) and looks at her with a honeyed melodramatic gaze. Bursting into laughter, he says, "How do you want to see my face tomorrow?" In response, Kim Yi-an gives Ji-song a surprise kiss like a drunken confession, leaving viewers curious and excited about the future development of their relationship as a cafe owner and part-timer.
"I'm sorry for today" airs every Thursday at 9 p.m. on KBS JOY.
