The Carolina Panthers (3-7) snapped a six-game losing streak with a 20-17 overtime victory over the New York Giants (2-8) in an NFL game played at Munich, Germany, on Sunday, November 13, 2022 (ESPN).

Eddy Pineiro kicked a 36-yard field goal as time expired in overtime to give the Panthers the victory.

The Giants won the coin toss to start overtime and elected to receive the ball, but running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. fumbled on the first play from scrimmage, and Panthers linebacker Josey Jewell recovered the ball at the Giants' 24-yard line.

After an incomplete pass on first down, Pineiro kicked the game-winning field goal four plays later.

The Giants drove 55 yards in the final two minutes of regulation to tie the game 17-17 on a 42-yard field goal by Graham Gano.

After Giants safety Julian Love intercepted a pass by Panthers quarterback Bryce Young at the New York 1-yard line with 8:06 remaining in the fourth quarter, the Giants drove 70 yards in 11 plays to tie the game.

The Giants had a chance to win the game in regulation after driving to the Carolina 24-yard line, but Jewell intercepted a pass intended for Tracy in the end zone with 1:32 remaining.

The Panthers took a 10-0 lead in the first half on a 2-yard touchdown pass from Young to tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders, set up by a 26-yard run by running back Chuba Hubbard, and a 43-yard field goal by Pineiro.

The Giants closed to within 10-7 on a 1-yard touchdown run by Tracy with 1:08 remaining in the third quarter, but the Panthers answered with a 30-yard field goal by Pineiro to increase their lead to 13-7 with 10:08 remaining in the fourth quarter.

Hubbard rushed for a career-high 153 yards on 28 carries for the Panthers, who snapped a six-game losing streak.

Young completed 15 of 25 passes for 126 yards, with one touchdown and one interception.

Daniel Jones completed 19 of 34 passes for 190 yards, with one touchdown and two interceptions, for the Giants.

Tracy rushed for 103 yards on 18 carries, and had seven receptions for 59 yards.

The Giants, who have lost seven of their past eight games, will be on a bye in Week 11 before hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12.

The Panthers, who snapped a six-game losing streak, will be on a bye in Week 11 before hosting the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12.
