Katie Stockton, a technical analyst at Fairlead Strategies, opines that the price structure on the weekly chart does not strictly adhere to the definition of an inverted head-and-shoulders pattern. "It does not fulfill my criterion of having just three significant oversold lows throughout the pattern's formation," Stockton explained in an email. "Complex head-and-shoulders patterns exist, but I believe this can be more accurately characterized as a rounded base."
