The partnership, announced on March 27, will see Ripple’s blockchain-based payment technology integrated into Chipper Cash’s platform, which serves over seven million users across nine African countries.

This integration will grant Chipper Cash customers access to Ripple Payments, facilitating seamless international transactions using digital assets. Ham Serunjogi, Co-Founder and CEO of Chipper Cash, added that he was optimistic about the partnership, which would help to expand financial access and support economic inclusion.
