With over 30 years of experience in finance and tech, Pollack has worked across multiple sectors, including investment trusts, investment banking, asset management, real estate, and private equity. A certified public accountant, Pollack began his career in auditing before moving on to senior leadership roles in some of the world's largest financial institutions.

In this capacity, he oversaw the daily operations and risk management of the organization. He also served as financial chief of the Americas for the Newedge Group, a multi-billion dollar, multi-asset broker, and one of the largest derivatives companies.
