Le Premier ministre Modi se rendra au Madhya Pradesh le 25 décembre pour inaugurer des projets de développement à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de naissance d'Atal Bihari Vajpayee

À l'occasion du 100e anniversaire de la naissance de l'ancien Premier ministre Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, le Premier ministre Shri Narendra Modi se rendra au Madhya Pradesh le 25 décembre.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Madhya Pradesh on 25th December to mark the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for several key development projects in Khajuraho at around 12:30 PM.

One of the highlights will be the laying of the foundation stone for the Ken-Betwa River Linking National Project, which will be the first interlinking of rivers in the country under the National Perspective Plan. The project will provide irrigation facilities to several districts in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, benefiting lakhs of farming families. It will also ensure drinking water supply to the region and contribute over 100 MW of green energy through hydropower, creating employment opportunities and boosting the rural economy.

L'un des moments forts sera la pose de la première pierre du projet national de liaison des rivières Ken-Betwa, qui constituera le premier raccordement de rivières du pays dans le cadre du Plan de perspective national. Le projet fournira des installations d'irrigation à plusieurs districts du Madhya Pradesh et de l'Uttar Pradesh, bénéficiant ainsi à des milliers de familles d'agriculteurs. Il garantira également l'approvisionnement en eau potable de la région et fournira plus de 100 MW d'énergie verte grâce à l'hydroélectricité, créant ainsi des opportunités d'emploi et stimulant l'économie rurale.

As part of the centenary celebrations, Prime Minister Modi will release a commemorative stamp and coin in Vajpayee’s honor. He will also lay the foundation stone for 1,153 Atal Gram Sushasan Bhawans, which will help streamline the work of Gram Panchayats and promote good governance at the local level.

Dans le cadre des célébrations du centenaire, le Premier ministre Modi lancera un timbre et une pièce commémoratifs en l'honneur de Vajpayee. Il posera également la première pierre de 1 153 Atal Gram Sushasan Bhawans, ce qui contribuera à rationaliser le travail des Gram Panchayats et à promouvoir la bonne gouvernance au niveau local.

Continuing his focus on clean energy, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Omkareshwar Floating Solar Project in Khandwa district, which aims to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to India’s goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2070. The project will also help conserve water by reducing evaporation.

Poursuivant ses efforts en faveur de l'énergie propre, le Premier ministre inaugurera le projet solaire flottant d'Omkareshwar dans le district de Khandwa, qui vise à réduire les émissions de carbone et à contribuer à l'objectif de l'Inde de zéro émission nette de carbone d'ici 2070. Le projet contribuera également à conserver l'eau en réduisant évaporation.
