The NBA PR team confirmed to Front Office Sports that their social media accounts were indeed hacked. Even after the confirmation, the NBA was still being hacked as the official X account reposted the press release multiple times. Shortly after the reposts, the league seemingly took control of the account, as the reposts were quickly deleted.
