Posting to his 207,500 followers, the expert revealed the penny coin is from 1937 and was minted to celebrate King Edward VIII.

He said: "This is the 1937 penny and was minted in celebration of the reign of King Edward VIII.

The user continued: "This coin was one of around 50 that were produced to evaluate the design.
