The move follows a significant investment from stablecoin giant Tether, which took a 775 million stake in the company late last year.

The deal includes a $250 million cash infusion to support Rumble’s growth initiatives and a tender offer for up to 70 million shares at $7.50 each.

Meanwhile, Singapore-based Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer Technologies has increased its Bitcoin holdings by 75% over the past two months.

As of February, Bitdeer held 1,039 BTC, a major increase from 594 BTC in December, according to its latest filing.

The three firms' Bitcoin purchases follow Bitwise's new exchange-traded fund (ETF) tied to companies holding substantial Bitcoin reserves.
