MainStreetChamber Holdings, a global intellectual property (IP) and brand licensing provider based in Las Vegas, has acquired Dirty Laundry Solutions LLC, which operates under the Aloha Laundry Life brand and is known for its virtual laundromat and territory licensing solutions.

The acquisition, which was completed on December 7, involved a combination of stock and cash, the amount of which was not disclosed in a press release.

Originally co-founded by Larry Kozin, CEO of MainStreetChamber Holdings, and John Bellave, CEO of Advanced Licensing, a wholly owned subsidiary of MainStreetChamber Holdings, DLS has sold over $5 million in licenses since Advanced Licensing began driving its licensing efforts in 2019.
