SINGAPORE, Dec. 20, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DuckChain, powered by TONScale Labs and Arbitrum, today announced that it has closed a $5 million funding round. The round was led by top investors, including Presto and others. Additionally, the funding saw participation from angels from Camelot, Quantstamp, and other strategic backers.

This funding will be used to further develop DuckChain, the first TON Consumer Layer, and to launch the Yellow Duck Mission, a global Web3 hackathon. Co-hosted by OKX Wallet, Arbitrum, and OnePieceLab, the Yellow Duck Mission will gather Web3 pioneers to drive blockchain innovation. Featuring a $1,000,000 prize pool in DuckChain Tokens, the event promises to propel the Web3 ecosystem forward.

From DeFi protocols to AI-powered applications and meme-centric platforms, the possibilities are endless. The winners will be announced on January 23, 202oken distribution will follow shortly after.
