North Carolina's House of Representatives passed a bill to outlaw a so-called ‘digital dollar’ there."

While not my topics today, two things: First, CBDCs have already effectively been renamed as commercial bank dollar-pegged "stablecoins" now — so called because their values don't fluctuate like bitcoin but hold their $1 value.
