XLいじめ犬は拘束から逃れ、別の犬を攻撃し、飼い主を負傷させます

A woman has been charged with possessing a fighting dog and being the owner of a dog ‘dangerously out of control’.

女性は、戦闘犬を所有し、「危険なほど制御不能」の犬の飼い主であることで起訴されています。

Rosa Tennant, of Little Somerford near Chippenham, appeared in Swindon Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, March 18.

The 31-year-old woman is accused of having an XL Bully named Rex, which injured another person and a dog during an attack.

31歳の女性は、攻撃中に他の人と犬を負傷させたレックスという名前のXLいじめっ子を持っていると非難されています。

“The XL Bully dog had escaped from the restraints and went on to attack another dog on The Hill in Little Somerford,” explained prosecutor Laura Thomas.

「XLのいじめっ子の犬は拘束から逃れ、リトル・サマーフォードの丘の上で別の犬を攻撃し続けました」と検察官のローラ・トーマスは説明しました。

“When the other dog’s owner went to help his dog, the XL Bully latched on to the man’s arms causing puncture marks.”

It’s also a criminal offence to have an XL Bully in public without a lead and muzzle.

Tennant pleaded guilty to both charges put against her and is due to be sentenced at 2pm on June 19 at Salisbury Magistrate’s Court.

However, both parties agreed that an assessment into the dog’s behaviour should be carried out before the sentencing.

Tennant, who has no previous convictions against her, has been released on unconditional bail.
