The 31-year-old woman is accused of having an XL Bully named Rex, which injured another person and a dog during an attack.

“The XL Bully dog had escaped from the restraints and went on to attack another dog on The Hill in Little Somerford,” explained prosecutor Laura Thomas.

Tennant pleaded guilty to both charges put against her and is due to be sentenced at 2pm on June 19 at Salisbury Magistrate’s Court.

Tennant, who has no previous convictions against her, has been released on unconditional bail.
