They are free to dump on you and you have no right to do anything about it other than join them in dumping XRP. That’s why XRP is not a security.”

Rochard’s commentary challenged the common belief among some XRP investors that the company is inherently obligated to drive XRP’s value upward or otherwise act in the token’s best interest.

But the artist has no obligation to me and works of art are not securities.”

Ripple being the only successful crypto company is as absurd as Google being the only successful internet company. We are, and must be, thoroughly pro-crypto.”
