A MAN has pleaded not guilty to murdering a mother-of-six who was found unconscious with a serious head injury in Brantham.

Ms Rose's family have paid tribute to her, describing her as a "much-loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend".

They said: "Anita was a kind and caring person who always put others before herself.
