Kier Group (KIE) が自社株買いプログラムを開始

Infrastructure services, construction and property group Kier Group (KIE) announced on Monday that it will commence a share buyback programme to purchase up to a maximum consideration of £20 million.

インフラサービス、建設、不動産グループのキア・グループ（KIE）は月曜日、最大対価2,000万ポンドを上限に自社株買いプログラムを開始すると発表した。

The FTSE 250 company said the shares will be acquired on the London Stock Exchange and will be cancelled following their purchase.

FTSE250採用企業は、株式はロンドン証券取引所で取得され、購入後に消却されると述べた。

KIE noted that the authority to purchase shares was granted by members of the company at its last general meeting on 28 July 2022.

KIEは、株式を購入する権限は2022年7月28日の前回総会で同社のメンバーによって付与されたと指摘した。

The programme will commence on 23 January 2025 and is expected to conclude by 22 July 2025, subject to any necessary extensions.

このプログラムは 2025 年 1 月 23 日に開始され、必要な延長を条件として 2025 年 7 月 22 日までに終了する予定です。
