MaGMML3 - 42nd Place - Nowhere yet everywhere: When the world may loop Token Taker (3/3) in 2:42.870

This stage is very interesting by virtue of having most utilities disabled. Rush Coil, Bike, Magnet Beam, Tornado Blow, Ice Wall, Electro Cable and Track Shoes are all nowhere to be seen. This actually makes for some pretty interesting strats since the stage isn't too platform-heavy. We get to use Break Dash a lot for dashing through enemies and a minimal speed increase, Trident takes care of Mets and Chuckmagnets, Thunder Beam and Magnetic Shockwave can hit some PU Switches and Rush Jet is still enabled for the autoscrollers. Token 1 is the only one that's a real detour. You have to drop down into an extra mazewarp during the first autoscroller. I tried to find a way to get it without dropping there but with practically every utility disabled I couldn't find a worthwhile way. Token 2 is in the big maze, practically on the path with Rush Jet. Token 3 is part of the final autoscroller and loses no time to get. There's some cool skips at the end of each autoscroller. We can use Break Dash to slide on some spikes and screen transition to the top early, and we can skip maze warping an entire screen at the end of the second one by just jumping in very high on the correct switch state. Oh yeah, the stage's gimmick is maze warping. We still have to play the intended way for the most part but Rush Jet lets us cross some gaps where we're intended to drop and loop around sometimes. This run beats the previous fastest time of 3:50:169 by PatRider64 by over a minute.
