In this chapter, Abby and Lev are heading to Seattle's hospital in search of supplies for Yara. Along the way, there are 6 Artifacts, 2 Coins, 2 Workbenches, and 1 Safe to find. In this The Last of Us 2 guide, we’re going to reveal the locations of all collectibles in The Shortcut, in the order that you'll find them.
On this page: The Last of Us 2: The Shortcut Walkthrough - All Collectibles: Artifacts, Coins, Workbenches, Safes
This Artifact is automatically added to your inventory at the beginning of the chapter.
At the flooded area you need to carefully navigate by hopping across the platforms, head inside Franklin's Barbershop and search around the cash register for the Coin (See Also: The Last of Us 2: All Coins Locations).
Once you've crossed the rapids, you'll find yourself inside a building that Abby wants to climb to the top of. On the second floor, go right from the staircase into the first room you see. The Artifact (See Also: The Last of Us 2: All Artifacts Locations) is on the floor in front of a brown, partially broken door.
After jumping from the collapsed road onto the balcony of an apartment in a new building, you'll find the Artifact on a table in front of a whiteboard.
In the bedroom opposite the whiteboard, you'll find the Safe (See Also: The Last of Us 2: All Safe Code Combinations) near to the corner of the bed. The Safe Combination Code is 302304. For more information, refer to our guide: The Last of Us 2: How to Find Sam and Julia's Apartment Numbers and Open the Safe.
After being forced to navigate the worsening rapids once more, you'll find yourself in a new building with a corpse slumped against a cash register. The Artifact is next to the body.
In the corner of the same room that you find Artefact #3 in, beneath the 'Interbay Wireless Electric Support' banner, you'll find the Workbench (See Also: The Last of Us 2: All Workbench Locations).
When you're in the opticians, Lev will direct you towards a door that will help take you to the "building next door". Before squeezing through the gap in the blue doors, climb out of the window and onto the blue balcony. The Coin is overlooking the rapids.
In the area where Abby calls Lev a show-off, with the exposed flooring beams, there's a red door Abby can go through. The Artifact is on the desk with all the computers, in front of a lantern.
After the stained glass window with the Scars' prophet painted on it, you'll find the Workbench opposite the ladder you need to climb to reach the next area.
After riding the elevator, follow the corridor around and you'll find the Artifact attached to the wall, next to the doorway. This one is hard to miss.
