The program, called Sandbox Academy, is designed to equip college students with practical skills and knowledge to create games and experiences on The Sandbox platform.
Upon completion of the course, students will have the opportunity to earn LAND (The Sandbox’s virtual real estate tokens) and SAND (The Sandbox’s native cryptocurrency token) for outstanding game creations. These tokens can be used to further their game development journey or sold for additional income.
This initiative is significant as it provides an excellent opportunity for students to acquire skills in developing crypto games, which they can use in the future of their careers.
The Sandbox Academy is now open for applications from educational institutions in the Philippines. Interested institutions can apply through The Sandbox Academy website.
