How to Sign Into Kraken Without 2FA

If you have lost your 2FA device or are otherwise unable to access your 2FA codes, you can still sign into your Kraken account by following these steps:

1. Contact Kraken Support

Open a support ticket at https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Select "Account & Verification" as the issue type.
Provide your Kraken account email address and a clear explanation of why you can't access your 2FA codes.

2. Verify Your Identity

Kraken will contact you to initiate the verification process.
You may be asked to provide:
- A photo of your government-issued ID
- Proof of address
- A notarized statement explaining your situation

3. Disable 2FA

Once your identity has been verified, Kraken will disable 2FA on your account.
This process can take 24-48 hours.

4. Sign In Without 2FA

After 2FA has been disabled, you will be able to sign into your Kraken account without using 2FA codes.

Additional Notes:

Only use this method if you are absolutely unable to access your 2FA codes.
Kraken strongly recommends using 2FA to protect your account's security.
