Accra, Ghana - The Bank of Ghana and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) have successfully concluded a collaborative project known as the Digital Economy Semi-Fungible Token (DESFT), designed to facilitate enhanced cross-border trade and financial inclusion for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) between Ghana and Singapore.

This transaction marks a pivotal step towards promoting financial inclusion for SMEs engaged in international trade.

Renowned corporations, such as Amazon, have actively piloted the PBM protocol.

The ultimate goal is to seamlessly integrate traditional business records with the digital ownership capabilities of NFTs.
