Hines, who also leads the working group’s advisory council on digital assets, made the comments at the Blockworks Digital Asset Summit 2025 in New York on Tuesday. While things like the Bitcoin (BTC) strategic reserve have seen massive attention and input, stablecoins are one of the priorities and an agenda firmly on the U.S. regulatory landscape, said Hines.

Trump has already signed multiple executive orders related to crypto.
