The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has partnered with the Cardano Foundation to launch a non-fungible token (NFT) collection to support refugees and empower young artists.

The NFT collection, titled "Cardano Summit 2024," is now available for minting on NMKR until December 04, 2024. The proceeds from the sales will be used to aid refugees, fund sustainable art initiatives, and support young artists.

According to a November 24 blog post by the Cardano Foundation, the initiative is a collaboration between UNHCR, Project Catalyst, Cardano Summit, Goodwall, and NMKR.

There are two tiers to the collection: Official NFT and Special Collection. This edition will be released in parallel to the Cardano Summit in Dubai, with minting ending December 04, 2024.
