A 1954 penny has been found and is currently up for auction with an estimate of £90,000-£100,000.

TikTok user @CoinCollectingWizard shared the news in a clip, where he opened up with his 209,400 followers on the coin and what to look for.

In the video, he said: "Here is some information on the coin and what to look for, you probably want to save this."

Describing the coin, he claimed the penny's reverse shows Britannia seated facing right wearing a helmet and holding a trident.

"Her other hand rests on a shield bearing combined heraldic crosses of UK members," he continued.
