Toulouse, France, April 29, 2024 - French aerospace manufacturer Latécoère today announced the appointment of two new independent directors to its board of directors: Samantha Marnick and June du Halgouët. The appointments, which were unanimously approved by the board, fill the vacancies left by the resignations of Helen Lee Bouygues and Caroline Catoire.

Samantha Marnick brings a wealth of commercial and operational experience to the Latécoère board. Most recently, she served as President of Spirit AeroSystems' Commercial division, a $5 billion revenue business, and Corporate Officer. During her 17-year tenure at Spirit, she held a variety of leadership roles, focusing on commercial strategy, operational efficiency, and talent development.

Prior to KNDS, she held the position of Senior Vice President in charge of Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Post-Merger Integration at Airbus Group. With 16 years of experience at Airbus, June du Halgouët brings deep knowledge of the aerospace industry and extensive experience in successful mergers and acquisitions and integration processes.
