Technology and business transformation veteran Jeff Wong has been appointed as an Independent Director at Worldwide Stablecoin Payment Network (WSPN).

技術和業務轉型資深人士 Jeff Wong 被任命為全球穩定幣支付網路 (WSPN) 的獨立董事。

Wong brings over 25 years of experience to the role, having overseen global innovation initiatives at EY as the firm’s Global Chief Innovation Officer. During his tenure at EY, he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s advanced technology labs and driving its transformation in digital and inventive spaces.

Prior to joining EY, Wong held leadership positions at eBay and JPMorgan Partners. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Forbes Technology Council.

Recognized for his outstanding achievements, Wong was awarded the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business accolade. He also served as the founding chair of the Asia Society’s Technology and Innovation Council, which aims to advance global tech.

Furthermore, Wong was a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Innovation Ecosystems and a board member at Oxford University’s Oxford Foundry.

WSPN CEO Raymund Yuan highlighted the strategic nature of Wong’s appointment.

In addition to this leadership appointment, WSPN recently announced a partnership with Fractal, a leading Bitcoin scaling solution.

The collaboration aims to bridge traditional finance with digital assets to expand the utility of WSPN’s stablecoin, WUSD.
