Web3 protocol Aptos has integrated Chainlink Data Feeds into its network to provide real-time, tamper-proof data to developers building on the Aptos blockchain.

The integration will see Aptos developers gain access to off-chain data in real time via Chainlink Price Feeds, a critical solution in the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem, according to an announcement on Monday.

根據週一的公告，此次整合將使 Aptos 開發者能夠透過 Chainlink Price Feeds（去中心化金融（DeFi）生態系統中的關鍵解決方案）即時存取鏈下資料。

Chainlink Labs head of blockchain partnerships Thodoris Karakostas commented on the integration, saying:

The integration will bolster Aptos’s growth as a Web3 platform, fostering an environment for further blockchain innovation, the announcement noted. Developers will be able to leverage Chainlink to access the latest oracle tools for building decentralized application (dApp) solutions.

“The Chainlink standard enables developers to access high-quality, tamper-proof data, which is vital for building secure applications,” said Bashar Lazaar, head of grants and ecosystem at Aptos Foundation.

Chainlink Data Feeds are known for providing high-quality data, thanks to their use of multiple premium data sources. The feeds are also operated by a decentralized network of reliable nodes and secured by Chainlink’s decentralized infrastructure, ensuring transparent performance.

This integration follows the announcement that Aave V3 had deployed on the Aptos testnet earlier this week. The launch marked the first non-Ethereum Virtual Machine deployment of Aave and will be used to assess V3’s overall safety, stability and performance on the Aptos network.

According to the Aave team, this deployment is in anticipation of a potential mainnet launch.
