Aptos Foundation has officially launched the Hiraya Network in the Philippines. The initiative aims to empower growth of local talent and projects within the Aptos ecosystem. In addition to providing grants and resources, Aptos Foundation will host activities and create platforms to foster innovation and collaboration in the local blockchain community.

Recognizing the tremendous potential of blockchain technology in the Philippines, Aptos Foundation is committed to bringing the values of the Aptos network to the community. The mission of Hiraya Network is to help realize this potential and contribute to the nation’s burgeoning tech scene and digital economy by fostering Web3 talent, participation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.

Supported by the Department of Science and Technology – Advanced Science and Technology Institute (DOST-ASTI) and the Blockchain Lead Organization and Knowledge Center (known as “The BLOKC”, a leader in blockchain education in the country), Hiraya Network will focus on three key areas:

Through Hiraya Network, Filipino blockchain enthusiasts, builders, and founders can gain direct access to the Aptos Foundation’s global programs and resources tailored for needs of projects in different stages. This includes a range of grants and accelerators, as well as the Aptos LFM which is a specialized program designed to support leading, Aptos-native projects in their Token Generation Event (TGE) preparations.
