It was created by Pellar Technology, a company that has been developing blockchain solutions for enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region since 2017. One of LightLink’s key innovations is its Enterprise Mode, which allows businesses to operate on the blockchain without requiring their users to pay transaction fees or even own tokens, simplifying the user experience.

LightLink also integrates with Celestia's data availability solution, enhancing security and ensuring the platform's functionality even if the Layer 2 network goes offline.
