In his words, “Shiba Inu is ready to pump.” The Shiba Army, the token’s dedicated community, has responded with optimism as this trendline breakout could indicate the beginning of a fresh rally.

On the other hand, a pseudonymous analyst, who goes by the handle ‘Captain Faib,’ shared his analysis of SHIB’s 4-hour chart on TradingView. The analyst observed a breakout from a descending channel on the lower timeframe, followed by a retest of the upper boundary.

According to Captain Faib, this breakout and retest often precede a continuation of the prevailing trend. In this case, the breakout from the descending channel suggests further upside potential for Shiba Inu.

However, it's important to note that lower timeframe breakouts and reversals can sometimes be misleading, and traders should exercise caution and consider confluences from higher timeframes for stronger confirmation.
