Dear Zypher players, 2024 is a milestone year for the Zypher Network, marking our remarkable achievements in ecosystem building, product delivery, and developer community expansion.

Zypher Network 2024 & 2025: From Zero to One, Moving Further

Zypher players,

2024 is a milestone year for the Zypher Network, a testament to our remarkable achievements in ecosystem building, product delivery, and developer community expansion. Most importantly, we have established a clear path for the launch of this new verifiable gaming paradigm.

Here is a brief review of our 2024 and a look ahead to 2025.

2024 Review: From Zero to One, Moving Further

Zytron Pioneer (Linea L3) LaunchOur Rollup framework ++Zytron++ was officially deployed for the first time as a gas-free Layer 3 chain, optimizing our ZK gaming ++engine++ on Linea to achieve an efficient and scalable gaming experience. We have partnered with over 50 technology providers and more than 30 games, positioning Zytron as the core platform for Web3 ZK gaming.

++++

{gZKm} Hackathon in Collaboration with DoraHackThis was our first hackathon co-hosted with DoraHack, B² Network, and OKX Wallet, with a prize pool of $200,000, attracting 300 developers and receiving 100 project submissions, along with over 20 ++workshops++ and live ++game testing++.

Power of GamingOver 3 million users have experienced our games, making Zypher the most widely used ZK infrastructure in the industry. The off-chain execution and on-chain methods of ZK provide high interoperability and virtual machine independence for games. We are among the first middleware providers to offer ZK support for ++SVM++, ++TON Virtual Machine++ (++Cocos Creator++), and other virtual machines.

Flagship Game "Crypto Rumble"

"Crypto Rumble" is the winner of the BNB Chain hackathon, and after a year of collaboration with us, it has now entered production. "Crypto Rumble" has completed a series of successful game tests, attracting 500,000 players and processing over 5 million transactions. This puzzle-matching and role-playing AI game is the first practical ZK game with verifiable game assets and AI agent-driven game operations.

Zypher 2025: The Year of Breakthrough Speed2025 marks a singularity towards the AI agent-driven era. At Zypher, we are committed to laying the foundation for on-chain infrastructure for this future and have developed a clear roadmap:

Unlike most on-chain AI frameworks that focus on tokenizing agent ownership, the AI agents envisioned by Zypher will be able to revolutionize gaming and high-performance applications. Here are the key plans shaping our journey—stay tuned for our GitHub progress.

New Proof System Support for Big Data GamesTraditional proof systems often face inefficiencies when handling modern games, especially when dealing with large amounts of data, leading to significant computational overhead and prolonged proof generation times. However, despite the large data volume, game data still exhibits structured patterns due to the deterministic and periodic nature of game logic loops. By leveraging new zk proof frameworks such as ++Nova++ and ++Expander++, we can optimize the proof generation process for big data games.

Z4 Framework's Multi-Peer Distributed System++Z4 Engine++ is a low-latency, high-performance development framework that provides instant finality through customized nodes. Currently, it relies on a single-node architecture but will be upgraded to a multi-peer distributed system in the future, supporting multiple nodes to ensure greater robustness and vitality. Additionally, the distributed architecture will incorporate supervisory mechanisms to monitor the health and performance of nodes, enhancing system robustness and operational reliability.

Subscription-Based Proof Network Payment ModelWe will launch a subscription model for using the distributed proof network to achieve efficient proof generation. This subscription model will offer prepayment or staking options, particularly suitable for scenarios requiring continuous proof generation, ensuring uninterrupted operations and scalability.

Open Development Framework for AI AgentsThis open framework for AI-driven functionalities is revolutionizing the on-chain game development process. By combining standard game development methods with AI agent interfaces, this framework enables developers to seamlessly connect their games with AI systems through standardized protocols. Example features under development include: dynamic game content (such as scenes, NPCs, and storylines); realistic game testing through simulating player behavior to ensure balance and performance; analyzing in-game data and providing actionable insights; and optimizing zk proof resource allocation to enhance computational efficiency, making game development more streamlined and innovative.

Verifiable Agent GamesWe are developing an open framework for verifiable agent-driven games, ensuring through cryptographic techniques that AI agents strictly adhere to predefined algorithms and rules within the game. This can prevent collusion or malicious behavior among registered agents, providing a truly decentralized and fair gaming experience. The first game under this framework is an on-chain Ludo game (typically involving four players). The framework supports configurations such as one human player and three AI agents, ensuring that the operations of these AI agents are transparent and do not deviate from their programmed behavior.

Additionally, the framework introduces a proof
