"We trained here yesterday and there is a bit of dew that will make an impact in the second innings. So, we're just looking to probably bolster our batting considering the dew coming in and the wicket appearing a bit slowish. Hopefully, we can put their batters under pressure and make them set a target," he added.

CSK's captain, Ruturaj Gaikwad, shared that he too would have opted to bowl first if given the choice. "Something to work on for me is the coin toss. I've been losing it 7 times now. Nothing new for us batting first. I would say some amount of dew in the later half but you never know how this wicket surprises you so really looking forward to it," Gaikwad stated.
