Joe Rogan Experience Podcast with Donald Trump: Aliens, 2020 Election, and More

It was a typical episode of the podcast, with lots of jokes, and subjects ranging from the UFC, mixed martial arts fighters, Elon Musk, the existence of aliens, and some politics too.

Joe Rogan finally had former President Donald Trump on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, on Thursday.

During the three-hour conversation, Rogan and Trump covered a wide range of topics, including the existence of aliens, the 2020 election result, and Trump’s relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Do Aliens Exist?

This is a recurring theme on Rogan’s podcast. He’s had many different guests on who claim to have some kind of proof that UFOs and aliens are real. Trump said that he hadn’t ruled out there being life in space, but hadn’t been shown any secret files.

“There’s no reason not to think that Mars and all these planets don’t have life,” he said, referencing conversations with jet pilots who’d seen “very strange” things in the sky.

On the 2020 Election Result

Joe Rogan suggested that “a lot of weirdness” happened in the 2020 election, “particularly with mail-in ballots.”

“I’ve never met one person—not a super liberal progressive, far-left person, or a right-wing conservative—not one person thinks it’s zero percent,” Rogan said about election interference.

Asked for proof to back up his claims that the 2020 presidential was stolen, Trump told Rogan: “We’ll do it another time.

“I would bring in papers that you would not believe, so many different papers. That election was so crooked, it was the most crooked.”

Rogan pushed Trump for evidence to no avail.

Republicans are Punk Rock

Rogan went viral take when he declared that Republicans are now “punk rock” and “the rebels” of society.

“You want to be punk rock? You want to buck the system?” Rogan asked. “You are conservative now,” he stated. “The liberals are now pro-silencing criticism. They are pro-censorship. They talk about regulating free speech. It’s bananas to watch,” Rogan lamented.

Trump Controls Kim Jong-un and Putin

Trump said he got to know Kim “very well” after the two worked out their differenes following Trump’s “Little Rocket Man” comment.

Trump said he told Kim to stop building up his “substantial” weapons stockpile.

“I said: ‘Do you ever do anything else? Why don’t you go take it easy? Go to the beach, relax.

“I said: ‘You’re always building nuclear, you don’t have to do it. Relax!’ I said: ‘Let’s build some condos on your shore.’”

Trump also argued that Russia would never have invaded Ukraine if he had been president.

“I said, ‘Vladimir, you’re not going in,’” he told Rogan, referring to Putin. “I used to talk to him all the time.

Trump on his ‘biggest mistake’

Trump told Rogan the “biggest mistake” of his 2017-21 presidency was “I picked a few people I shouldn’t have picked”.

This includes National Security Advisor John Bolton and White House Chief of Staff John Kelly.

Trump revealed that the presidency involves around 10,000 federal appointments, including 100 major ones. Now that Trump has seen the swamp with his own eyes and familiarized himself with Washington, he has much higher confidence that his future picks would better serve the American people.
