After being asked to provide a flatbed cart for her cake purchase, the customer became increasingly frustrated with the employee's inability to quickly provide one.
Eventually, the employee managed to locate a flatbed cart and brought it to the customer.
As the customer attempted to lift the cake onto the cart with one hand, the plastic topper on the cake popped off, causing the cake to slide off the cart and onto the customer's expensive designer outfit.
The customer was left covered in cake frosting and batter, much to the amusement of onlookers.
