Powell emphasized in a post-meeting press conference that the central bank is not in a rush to change its policy stance, signaling a cautious approach toward economic stability and inflation control.

Bitcoin price surged nearly 3% at the last check on Thursday morning in Europe, attempting to recover from Monday's sharp decline. BTC price had dropped over 8% on Monday to trigger mass liquidations. However, the sharp decline also created a prime dip-buying opportunity, and investors appeared to have capitalized on the rebound.

Among other leading cryptocurrencies,イーサリアム (ETH) price rose marginally over 1% to trade above $2,800 at the last check. Meanwhile, XRP price dropped about 1% to slip below the psychological level of $0.40.

ADA price recovered from overnight losses to trade nearly 2% higher on Thursday morning. Among other top-10 coins, Solana price dropped about 1%, while DOT price showed gains of over 2%.

Among the top gainers and losers over the past 24 hours, respectively, were Aptos (APT), which soared over 20%, and Optimism (OP), that dropped about 14% at the last check.
