May / 11- zkSync Era Surge: Funding Tops $245 Million in Three Weeks
- May 11, 2024 at 11:02 am
- zkSync Era, an Ethereum scaling blockchain, has garnered investments exceeding $245 million since its launch. The platform has attracted over 70,000 ETH and $81 million in USDC, indicating strong investor interest. Liquidity providers and traders on the network can earn up to 80% in annualized rewards, driving value accrual for tokens like MUTE. While on-chain derivatives trading has yet to gain traction, meme coins inspired by Shiba Inu have experienced price volatility and high transaction volumes. ZkSync Era employs ZK-rollups, a cryptographic method for improving blockchain transaction speed and reducing network costs.

It seems that the stablecoin bank was hacked and 49.5M $USDC was stolen. The hacker swapped 49.5M $USDC for 49.5M $DAI and bought 17,696 $ETH. The 17,696 $ETH was transferred to a new wallet "0xfcc8…6e49". A newly created wallet spent 49.5M $DAI to buy 17,696 $ETH at $2,798 in the past hour. https://debank.com/profile/0x3ac96134fb0e42a52d33045aee50b89790f05ed0… -

- The current situation is that one party is buying $ETH , one party is selling $ETH ? Sell: Bybit hackers have now sold 50,700 ETH ($142 million) to exchange for DAI and other assets on the chain (BTC, etc.). Now it still holds 4.48,600 ETH ($1.26 billion).
