Can't Swap USDT on Trust Wallet: Troubleshooting Guide
1. Check Network Connection:
Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. A weak or intermittent connection can disrupt the swap process.
2. Verify Token Balances:
Confirm that you have sufficient USDT and the token you wish to swap in your Trust Wallet. Check your wallet address to ensure you hold the tokens.
3. Check for Pending Transactions:
If you have pending transactions, wait for them to complete before attempting another swap. Pending transactions can interfere with the swap process.
4. Enable Binance Smart Chain:
USDT on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network cannot be swapped directly on Trust Wallet. You must manually add BSC and the USDT contract address as a custom token to your wallet.
- Add Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to Trust Wallet
a) Tap the "Smart Chain" button at the bottom of the Trust Wallet homepage.
b) Toggle on the "Enable Binance Smart Chain" option. - Add USDT Contract Address (BSC)

- Name: Tether USD (USDT)
- Symbol: USDT
- Decimals: 18

a) Find the USDT token in your wallet and tap on it.
b) Tap the "More" button and then "Approve."
c) Confirm the transaction signing and approve the USDT allowance. - Swap USDT
a) Tap the "Swap" button on the Trust Wallet homepage.
b) Select USDT as the "From" token and the desired token as the "To" token.
c) Enter the amount of USDT you wish to swap and confirm the transaction.
Note: If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, contact the Trust Wallet support team for further assistance.
