How to Unstake Ethereum on Coinbase

Unstaking Ethereum (ETH) on Coinbase allows you to withdraw your staked ETH and any earned rewards back into your trading or wallet balance. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Sign into Coinbase

Visit the Coinbase website or open the mobile app.
Log in to your account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Staking Dashboard

Click on "Staking" from the navigation menu.
Select the "My Staking Coins" tab.

3. Choose ETH Staking

Find the ETH staking card and click on "Manage."

4. Click "Unstake"

You'll see the "Unstake" option available on the ETH staking page. Click on it.

5. Confirm Unstaking

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the details and click "Confirm Unstake."

6. Wait for Withdrawal

Coinbase will initiate the unstaking process. It typically takes 24-48 hours for the unstaking to complete.
Once unstaking is complete, your ETH and rewards will be credited to your Coinbase Wallet.

Important Notes:

There is a 28-day waiting period before you can fully withdraw your staked ETH after unstaking.
You'll earn rewards up to the point of unstaking.
Coinbase may charge a withdrawal fee for transferring your ETH.
